conference calls turn people away from crews. i never really wanted this to be a situation like core, shadyville or other crews that do that kind of stuff. its meant for people to reach out to each other personally and do it. conference calls makes it very non-personal. if thats something ya'll wanna do, let me know tho. we can put someone in charge of putting it together.

go ahead and coordinate it. i'm not a fan of em and i probably wont commit to being on em. they are time-consuming and i dont think they are gonna help you push your records in the long run.
